Yes, we have developed the platform to be accessible to customers from USA, Canada And all of Europe.

How long will it take to receive my delivery after payment is made?

The delivery time for all orders will depend on the location of the customer. For deliveries within the United States and Canada, it will take between one or three weeks and for Europe two to five weeks (excluding weekends). However, we reiterate here that in the event of unforeseen challenges your goods may take an extra two weeks.

How do I know if my order has been processed and shipped out?

After the purchase has been made, you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your order. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been shipped out to your location.

How can I Place an order for a product I wish to buy?

Creating an order is very easy. We have developed a unique shopping cart system which allows you to add items to your shopping cart easily. When you have finished shopping, simply click on the tab to proceed and you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you can view your selected items and make a payment.

What do I do if my delivery has been damaged in transit?

In the event of this unfortunate experience, kindly contact our customer support team for guidance on how you will go about returning the package. We will also liaise with you about an amicable resolution that you will be happy with.

How do I return a package I am not satisfied with?

Is it possible to modify or cancel orders after receiving a confirmation that my order has been registered?

For orders queued up as “pending” you will be permitted to cancel that order or make any modifications. However, if your order has already by processed, it will not be possible to make any modifications or cancellation.

What should I do if I do not receive my order within the specified delivery time?

We rarely experience cases of No Delivery, however, if this happens, promptly contact our customer support team for more assistance. Please note that your package may be on its way to your location but delayed, so we advise that you give one week after the expected time of delivery before contacting our customer support team for assistance.

Can I make a purchase and send the package as a gift to someone?

Yes, this is possible, all you need to do is to provide the shipping information of the recipient, and the package will be shipped to that location.
